Event & Venue Gate Check-In using Maimilu Mobile App

To secure your event gate from counterfeited tickets, please use our Maimilu Mobile App to scan attendees' tickets. There are 3 to-do list to properly use Check-In app at Maimilu Mobile App.

 

1. Specify your Check-In Staff Key

Please go to your Event Dashboard and refer to menu "Check-In" and go to submenu "Check-In Staff". In "Check-In Staff" page, please specify password used by your staff to login at Maimilu Mobile App.

 

2. Specify Allowed Check-In Amount per Attendee

Please also specify your preferred amount of check-in per attendee. To do so, please go to your Event Dashboard and refer to menu "Check-In" and go to submenu "Check-In Setting". In "Check-In Setting" page, please specify amount of eligible check-in that can be processed per attendee.


 

2.1 Allow Only One Time Check In
For option "Allow Only One Time Check In", attendee that is successfully checked-in at first will not be able to check-in for the second time. In other words, once attendee enter venue area, attendee cannot go outside of the venue, because their ticket will not be valid for the second time. 

2.2 Allow Multiple Time Check In
For option "Allow Multiple Time Check In", attendee that is successfully checked-in at first will be able to check-in for the second time and so on. In other words, attendee can go outside of the venue area anytime and can use their ticket for multiple time.

 

3. Download Maimilu Mobile App

Please request your gate entry staff to download Maimilu Mobile App by follow the steps below;

1. Download Apps in Google Play by providing keyword "Maimilu"
2. After a successful download, refer to menu Profile and go to Login Staff
3. Login using Check-In Staff Key that already provided earlier on Event Dashboard
4. Please note that the scanner may need high speed internet connection to process scanned barcode/qrcode
